Although adolescence is an ideal time to promote health and well-being, teens are the least likely of any age group to seek traditional health care services. Moreover, many low-income teens do not get the health care they need because they do not have health insurance or the means to pay for medical services. To help address this need, La Clínica provides accessible and affordable health care to teens from low-income communities of the East Bay.
