Official Name: La Clínica Vallejo

La Clínica Vallejo Medical is located in the heart of downtown Vallejo, and it was the first La Clínica site in Solano County. Our culturally diverse staff provides comprehensive health care services to the whole family. We pride ourselves in giving personalized individual care to the families we serve, including newborns, adolescents, adults and seniors. In addition to traditional medical care, we offer a wide variety of services such as behavioral health, social services, health education, and a Pharmacy Assistance Program. We have strong established partnerships with the surrounding hospitals and specialty care providers.

La Clínica Vallejo Medical is proud to be a National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognized practice. PCMH recognition shows that La Clínica Vallejo Medical acts as the medical home for patients. All of the staff work to provide high-quality comprehensive care and help patients coordinate their own health care needs. Learn more about what PCMH means at La Clínica.
