Human Resources Director
Ron Weigelt brings over 20 years of HR experience in a variety of organizations, including Employee Relations & Employee Development Manager for the City of Sunnyvale and Director of Human Resources for the San Francisco Department of Public Health and the Seattle Department of Public Health, which ran 14 community health clinics. Ron also brings ample experience negotiating labor agreements on both the labor and management sides and managed all aspects of labor and employee relations, including administrative investigations. Additionally, Ron has an extensive background in the areas of Human Resources operations; employee recruitment and retention; staff development; employee performance evaluation systems; EEO/ADA compliance; mediation and conflict resolution; workforce planning; management of volunteer programs and legal compliance.
Ron has a Masters’ Degree in Public Administration from Murray State University, a Bachelors’ Degree in Political Science from the Eastern Washington University, and is a Certified Senior Professional in HR (SPHR).
